Task 1:

Why do people sometimes ask for help?  

Why do people sometimes not ask for help?  

What do you do or say when someone helps you?  

They don’t understand something. 

They feel sick or tired. 

They feel shy. 

They want to learn faster. 

They don’t want to bother others. 

They think they can do it alone. 

They need support from others. 

They don’t know who to ask.

  1. 3. Use at least 2 expressions from the Useful Language box (e.g., “Can you help me?” / “Sorry, I can’t” / “Of course!”). 

  1. 4. Switch roles: Helpers become the ones asking for help.
